OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide technically rigorous, academically informed inspections of infrastructure, structures, and materials. We specialize in cases where engineering judgement, forensic insight, and research-grade methods are essential — from seawalls and waterfront structures to FRP systems and load-tested bridges.
We bridge the gap between state of the art and state of the practice. Our work is dedicated to ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in the built infrastructure through high-integrity inspection services.
Active contributors to ACI, ASTM, ASCE, and IIFC. Providing customized solutions for clients through licensed Professional Engineers and documented, traceable reports with global recognition and trust.
Specialized Inspection Capabilities
We focus on a limited set of inspections where we bring high added value through academic and technical depth. Each inspection integrates ISO-compliant methods with research-grade tools.
SEAWALLS & WATERFRONT STRUCTURES
Inspections of concrete seawalls, retaining walls, piers, and docks in marine environments. Evaluation includes above-water visual inspections, optional underwater assessments, and documentation of deterioration, corrosion, cracking, undermining, and movement.
METHODOLOGY: ASCE MOP 130, ACI 201.1R, ASTM NDT
DELIVERABLES
- Annotated visual report with condition classification
- Crack/spall mapping and corrosion indicators
- Repair prioritization and durability evaluation
BRIDGE LOAD TESTING
Live-load testing of bridges using GPS-based displacement tracking, strain gauges, and structural health monitoring tools. Applied to short-span or CFRP/GFRP-reinforced structures to evaluate in-field performance and compliance with load criteria.
METHODOLOGY: AASHTO bridge evaluation, ASTM D6272
DELIVERABLES
- Real-time response plots
- Compliance or proof load analysis
- Report with recommendations for rating or retrofit
EXISTING CONCRETE STRUCTURES
Assessment of structural condition and serviceability of existing concrete structures, including aging buildings, garages, and infrastructure. Combines visual inspection, non-destructive testing (rebound hammer, ultrasonic), and optional sampling.
METHODOLOGY: ACI 364.1R, ACI 562, ASTM C42, ASTM C805, ASTM C876
DELIVERABLES
- Field condition report with defect classification
- Maintenance or rehabilitation prioritization
- Optional lab analysis results
ADVANCED MATERIAL SYSTEMS (FRP, HYBRID)
Evaluation of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) bars, pultruded profiles, and hybrid systems in structural applications. Includes pilot projects, manufacturer support, certification efforts, and field inspections of nonmetallic reinforcement.
METHODOLOGY: ACI 440.1R, ACI 440.6, ASTM D7957, ASTM D7290
DELIVERABLES
- Field documentation and compliance analysis
- Strength/durability field verification
- Guidance for additional testing or approvals
